Saikyo Groove

Few people know that the Saikyo Groove fighting style was truthfully created by a man called Hiroshi Powers. Dan Hibiki and Hiroshi Powers have been rivals since their youth. Both studied under the same master that had first taught Ryu and Ken, but the latter impatient pair became frustrated and left. Forever searching for ways to make himself stronger, Hiroshi culled what he had learned into an even stronger fighting style - Saikyo - the strongest of all fighting styles! Dan stole all of Hiroshi's research on Saikyo Groove after he had passed out during a night of karaoke.

Later Hiroshi became enraged when he heard that Dan was using Saikyo Groove, and even worse, claiming that he had invented it. Hiroshi challenged Dan to a battle to the death, but after three days of endless parrying and dodging the fight was declared a draw by default. However, Hiroshi did slightly one-up Dan in the end - Hiroshi managed to imitate Dan's horrible attempts at the Tatsumakisenpuukyaku, which just looks like Dan is flailing his legs out as he launches himself forward. Hiroshi calls the worthless maneuver the Dan-ku-kyaku ("the Dan Kick"). The two are currently in the midst of a civil case.

Hiroshi is a chronic panty-stealer and nymphomaniac. He prefers to wear blue business suits, but he does sometimes don a turqoise karate gi (especially when he fights Dan). He comes from a rich family, but he can be found typically in a seedy bar lamenting "the theft of his Saikyo Groove". He sobers at the opportunity to prove himself in combat, or erupts into a fit of rage upon hearing the name "Dan Hibiki".

NOTE: Since Dan's face looks so similar to Robert's, it's only fair that Hiroshi's is the same as Ryo's.
